At TELCCA we want to give you the best possible experience to ensure you make the most of our service today, tomorrow and in the future. To do this, we collect Personal Information and Personal Data from Site visitors for the purposes of providing our services to our users, and for the purposes of better customizing our services for you. WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION
When used in this policy, it is any information that can be used to personally identify you. This may include (but is not limited to) your name, age, gender, postcode and contact details (including phone numbers and email addresses) and possibly financial information, including your credit card, direct debit, or PayPal account information. If the information we collect personally identifies you, or you are reasonably identifiable from it, the information will be considered personal information.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT AND HOLD
We may collect personal information including but not limited to:

• profession, occupation or job title;
• occupational history;
• educational history;
• details of the products and services you have purchased from us or which you have enquired about, together with any additional information necessary to deliver those products and services and to respond to your enquiries;

• information you provide to us through our website, customer surveys or information collected by our representatives from time to time.
• If you register to use the Services as a Mentor/Coach, our third party service providers will collect certain information, such as, but not limited to, your name, email address and banking account details, from you to enable us to make payments to you in connection with your activities on the Site and Services.
• we will receive personal data about you and your activity from third parties, including advertisers and partners we work with in order to provide you with our products and services. We will use this personal data either where you have provided your consent to the third party or to TELCCA to that data sharing taking place or where TELCCA has a legitimate interest to use the personal data in order to provide you with our products and services.
COOKIES & IP ADDRESSES
TELCCA also collects your personal information through the use of cookies. Like many website, when you access our website, we send a “cookie” (which is a small summary file containing a unique ID number) to your computer. This enables us to recognize your computer and greet you each time you visit our website, without bothering you with a request to register or log-in. It also helps us keep track of people, products or services you view, so that we can send you news about those products or services. HOW WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect your personal information directly from you unless it is unreasonable or impractical to do so.
We do this in ways including (but not limited to) :
• through your access and use of our website, apps or sending messages to us;
• through someone else who has provided us with your information (e.g. gift coupons);
• during conversations between you and our representatives; and
• when you complete an application or pay for a service.

WHY DO WE COLLECT, HOLD, USE AND DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
The primary purpose for which we collect information about you is to enable us to perform our business activities and functions and to provide best possible quality of customer service. We collect, hold, use and disclose your personal information for the following purposes:
• to provide products and services to you;
• to provide you with news, information or advice about our existing and new products, events, services, Coaches and Mentors;
• to communicate with you including by email, mail or telephone;
• to manage and enhance our products and services;
• to personalize and customize your experience;
• to provide you with access to protected areas of our websites;
• to conduct competitions or promotions on behalf of TELCCA and selected third parties;
• to verify your identity;
• to provide business data to third parties;
• to conduct business processing functions for operation of our websites or our business;
• for our administrative, marketing (including direct marketing), promotional, planning, product/service development, quality control and research purposes, or those of our contractors or external service providers;
• to provide your updated personal information to us, our contractors or external service providers;
• If you register to use the Services as a Mentor or a Coach, the information you provide in your profile (excluding billing information, including billing address and credit card details, and personal contact details such as address and phone number) that you provide (or other profile picture provided by you), and current online/office status may be publicly viewable via the Site. We make this information available so that users and TELCCA visitors can find Mentors and Coaches who meet their mentoring and coaching needs. In addition, if you chose to make any User Content available via the website, we will share such User Content in accordance with the selections you make via the website. If you provide links to information on other sites such as LinkedIn, we may include information from links provided, such as your LinkedIn profile, onto your TELCCA profile to assist users find Mentors and Coaches who meet their mentoring and coaching needs.
• If you decide to use TELCCA to connect and/or video conference or text chat with a Mentor/Coach or Mentee/Coachee online, you may share your Personal Information with the Mentor/Coach or Mentee/Coachee with whom you connect and/or videoconference or text chat. If you interact with a Mentor/Coach or Mentee/Coachee via the website (e.g., to schedule a Mentoring/Coaching Session), we will share your username, as provided to the site, (or the name of the Mentor/Coach, Mentee/Coachee as applicable) with the applicable Mentor/Coach or Mentee/Coachee in order to facilitate the scheduling or communication request. Additionally, if you chose to make any User Content available via the Services, we will share such User Content in accordance with the selections you make via the Services (including with Mentors/Coaches, Mentees/Coachees, as applicable). Any information you provide before participating in a Mentoring/Coaching Session (e.g., information on what you’d like to cover in such Mentoring/Coaching Session) may be shared with the applicable Mentor/Coach and Mentee/Coachee via the Services in connection with your first name. We recommend that you guard your sensitive information.
• to investigate any complaints about or made by you, or if we have reason to suspect that you are in breach of any of our terms and conditions or that you are or have been otherwise engaged in any unlawful activity; and/or
• as required or permitted by any law.
Your personal information will not be shared, sold, rented or disclosed other than as described in this Privacy Policy.
We are committed to protecting our users’ personal data. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to help protect the security of your personal data; however, please note that no system is ever completely secure. Information which we hold for you is stored on secure servers, either in the UK, The UAE or overseas (including the United States of America), that are protected in controlled facilities.
In addition, our employees and the contractors who provide services related to our information systems are obliged to respect the confidentiality and privacy of any Personal Information held by TELCCA. TELCCA will not be held responsible for events arising from unauthorized access of your Personal Information.
In the event of a data breach, TELCCA is committed to complying in all respects with the requirements of all United Arab Emirate's Privacy Laws. You can also play an important role in keeping your Personal Information secure by maintaining the confidentiality of any password and accounts used on the Site. Please notify immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account by any other Internet user, or any other breach of security relating to your account.
Third Party Measurement
In order to better understand our users, TELCCA utilizes third party measurement companies to assess Site and mobile Site traffic. A tracking code is used to collect the following information on the usage of the Site:
• The number of page views (or page impressions) that occur on the Site;
• The number of unique visitors to the Site;
• How long these unique visitors (on average) spend on the Site when they do visit; and
• Common entry and exit points into the Site.
This aggregated, non-Personal Information is collated and provided to TELCCA to assist in analyzing the usage of the Site. This data is also accessible by media organizations and research companies, for the purpose of conducting industry comparisons with other Internet websites.
Other information TELCCA may collect
TELCCA may also collect and use information about your mentor/coach seeking needs, characteristics and priorities by collecting and analyzing data about how you use, or interact with, the products and services offered on the Site (including, by way of example, usage patterns around how regularly you update your profile or how often you view certain profiles or articles). TELCCA may use this information, including through automated processes applying algorithms, for the purposes set out in this Privacy Statement, including without limitation to better tailor TELCCA’s offerings to your needs and to provide more targeted services to Mentors/Coaches and Mentees/Coachees including to allow more targeted opportunities to be surfaced to Mentees/Coachees and to create ‘signals’ to Mentors/Coaches and other Users that you may be more or less approachable for opportunities.
Contractors
TELCCA may also subcontract processing to, or share your personal data with, third parties located in countries other than your home country. Your personal data may therefore be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence.
In such instances,TELCCA will try to ensure that the transfer of your personal data is carried out in accordance with applicable privacy laws and in particular that appropriate contractual, technical, and organizational measures are in place such as the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the EU Commission.
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE CAN’T COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you do not provide us with the personal information described in this policy, some or all of the following may happen:
• We may not be able to provide you with the products or services you requested, either to the same standard, or at all (for example, if you do not register as a member of a website, you will not be able to access features or services that are reserved for members only);
• We may not be able to provide you with information about products, services and Mentors/Coaches that you may want; or
• We may be unable to tailor the content of our websites to your preferences and your experience of our websites may not be as enjoyable or useful.
• As a Mentor/Coach, we may not be able to disclose your profile to any Mentee/Coachee.
HOW DO WE DISCLOSE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We may disclose your personal information to:
• If you are a Mentor/Coach, to potential Mentees/Coachees;
• our employees, related bodies corporate, contractors or external service providers for the operation of our websites or our business, fulfilling requests by you, and otherwise provide products and services to you, including without limitation, web hosting providers, IT systems administrators, mailing houses, couriers, payment processors, photographic analyzers, data entry service providers, electronic network administrators, debt collectors, and professional advisers such as accountants, solicitors, business advisors and consultants;
• our existing or potential agents, business partners or joint venture entities or partners;
• our sponsors, or promoters of any competition that we conduct or promote via our services;
• specific third parties authorized by you to receive information held by us;
• the police, any relevant authority or enforcement body, or your Internet Service Provider or network administrator in our sole discretion, for example, if we have reason to suspect that you have committed a breach of any of our terms and conditions, or have otherwise been engaged in any unlawful activity, to protect the property and rights of TELCCA or a third party, or if we reasonably believe that disclosure is necessary;
• as required or permitted by any law.
REFER A FRIEND
If you choose to refer a friend to use the TELCCA website and associated services, we may collect the email address of such friend for the purpose of sending a one-time email invitation to use the Site and Services. We will not use the email address for any other purposes. Your friend may request that we delete his or her email address from our records by contacting us at [email protected]
SOCIAL MEDIA
Our Site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook Like button and Widgets, such as the Share This button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Site. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our Site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features and Widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
DIRECT MARKETING MATERIALS
We may send you direct marketing communications and information about products and services that we consider may be of interest to you. We will not charge for simply making a request and will not charge for making any corrections to your personal information.

DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE UAE
Your information may be transferred to — and/or maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction.
